Efficient Sampling for Beer & Beverages

The Haffmans Sample Bottle Filler – Type SBF is a durable, user-friendly solution for sampling beer and beverages directly from tanks, pipelines, or kegs without introducing air. It's especially effective for generating foam samples for the Nibem Foam Stability Tester and for determining headspace air content in beer from bright beer tanks when used with the Inpack 2000 Flasher Head.

Benefits

  • Foam-Free Filling: Maintains carbonation and prevents sample loss.
  • Hygienic Design: Easy to clean and sterilize, minimizing contamination risk.
  • User-Friendly Operation: Simple setup and handling for consistent results.
  • Versatile Compatibility: Works with a range of PET bottle sizes.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The Haffmans Sample Bottle Filler (SBF) is designed for seamless integration with empty crown cork bottles. By first filling the bottle with water and purging it using CO₂ or N₂, all residual air is eliminated. Once connected to a sampling point, the bottle is filled under counter pressure—ensuring a foam-free, contamination-free sample. Ideal for quality control, the sample can then be conditioned to 20 °C and analyzed in accordance with Nibem standards for foam quality.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION
