Importance of CO2 Measurement

Taste: CO2 is essential for beverages, providing a stable taste experience. It transports aromas to the nose, ensuring consistent flavor, and adds freshness and fizz.

Shelf Life: CO2 acts as a preservative, extending shelf life. Consistent CO2 levels across batches ensure a uniform best-before date and maintain customer satisfaction. Effective CO2 management is crucial to preserve the taste quality of your beverage until the end of its shelf life.

How Our CO2 Technology Works

Laser Technology

Using a laser that beams through the package of a bottle, the CO2 molecules in the headspace absorb the infrared light sent through the bottle. The result of the measurement is based on the width of the absorption lines (related to the total pressure) and their intensity (related to the concentration of the CO2).
