Südmo Non-Return Valve RV SOLID

In hygienic production processes there are situations where a flow stream is only required in one direction. Backflow needs to be prevented in supply lines or when shutting off pumps. Corresponding valve technology needs to be robust to withstand high flows and pressures but also be easy to clean by common CIP processes.

The new RV SOLID non-return valve range from Südmo safely avoids backflow in piping. Front side sealing O-Rings, flow optimized cross sections and an excellent surface quality allows for easy and efficient CIP cleaning. The robust construction allows the valve to perform in even harsh process conditions. The 3A certificate confirms hygienic design and quality components. The RV Solid is suitable for use in the US Dairy industry and is the benchmark for hygienic non-return valves.
