FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The Carbo Controller (CCR) injects CO₂ at the inlet of a dissolution tube, where it is finely dispersed and dissolved using static mixers tailored to your process conditions.
An in-line CO₂/O₂ analyzer (Haffmans AuCoMet-i) continuously measures CO₂ levels and adjusts dosing in real time. It communicates directly with Pentair’s CO₂ dosing block via embedded software or PLC control, ensuring precise carbonation. Optional oxygen measurement is available to support product quality monitoring.
The system is available as a skid-mounted module, complete with all necessary piping, wiring, and control systems. Its hygienic, automated design ensures easy handling, low maintenance, and long-term reliability—trusted by breweries worldwide.
