FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The MK-3 uses a “Go/No Go” test method, generating a fine microfog of non-toxic, saturated synthetic hydrocarbons. These particles (0.2 to 2.5 μm) simulate microorganisms and are applied under low pressure via an integrated compressor.

If the filter has any defects, the fog penetrates and becomes immediately visible—providing a clear and instant indication of failure.

  • Test duration: Less than 1 minute
  • Integrated digital timer: Automates fog generation and testing sequence
  • No residue: Fog evaporates completely, leaving no trace in the filter

Note: Sterilization of the filter element is recommended after testing.
